I interviewed with ATS back in 2024 when the company was at around 55-65 employees. I initially heard about ATS through a former college classmate who told me all about general ATS background and day to day with ATS. Given the referral I didn't necessarily have a screening call but instead I got connected with management to coordinate an interview call via MS Teams. On the call there was a site lead, an area manager, and a director on the call. I would say the interview was more laid back rather than overly intimidating. The call started with introductions and then an open floor for any questions I had about the role, the company and the setting. Later the ATS staff asked me a few questions. It ended with speaking about start date availability, next steps in the interviewing/hiring process, and any other closing questions.
