Applied online through job search portel. Got a calls from HRs from different locations across USA. Phone Interview was scheduled and was average. After several weeks I again got a call from HR that I was selected and should expect calls from different projects

Entrevista
It was a two face to face interviews. One with the Delivery head and other with HR. Background verification did not take long. Entire process was completed within 10 days. Since it was for a pilot project, they were expecting some standards to be brought into the team to achieve SLA
