Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fiz uma entrevista na empresa AtriCure.
Entrevista
Long long long... but worth it. It took me about 7 months but received an offer and was blessed to. Easy interviews are usually for jobs that won’t last. The harder the process the more they care about the quality of a candidate, not just to fill a position

I was required to study 80 pages of IFUs and research papers and was tested on it during a 2nd interview with the hiring manager. During an interview with a sales rep, he basically told me I was going to be “bored” in the role and didn’t say anything to increase my excitement (quite the opposite, he was discouraging). Despite all of this, I returned for additional rounds of interviews. After 7 rounds of interviews (3 with the same manager), spanning weeks, I was told they went with another candidate. I received a call back 2 weeks later with a soft offer. Apparently their top candidate didn’t pass the background check (go figure). However, this offer was contingent on yet another interview, this time with an executive and I had to fly out of state on my own dime the very next day. Let’s just say their actions throughout the process told me all I needed to know about the culture of the company and the lack of professionalism of their employees. The recruiter, however, was very professional, accommodating, and communicative. As the process went on, I could tell even she was tired of the indecisiveness of the hiring manager.

Extremely Negative Experience
An Average Interview
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed with AtriCure (Boston,MA) on February 2018.
Interview
First round was a brief HR phone interview; the second round was a phone interview with the hiring manager for the area. Average interview and good discussion about job details and expectations, and great feedback from both employees about my education and past experience.
That Friday, I inquired about next steps with the hiring manager; he mentioned that the next round would be a face to face interview with him and the Area Sales VP and that HR should notify me within a week.
On Monday night, I received confirmation from HR that I had been selected as a candidate for this position and to please confirm availability for interviewing on Thursday that week. I responded within 30min that night and started preparing my interview. On Tuesday night I received a text message that HR had not received response from me. On a follow-up call on Wednesday with HR; I was informed that: "Sorry" but my email had been "overlooked" and also that "they didn't want to schedule more that three people to interview that day" but not to worry, I would be rescheduled for a later date.
The following Monday I sent an email asking HR for an update; their response was that the Hiring manager had decided to move forward with a different candidate.
HUGE disappointment to realize I missed an opportunity due to the incompetence of the person in charge of finding ideal candidates for a job.
