Submitted standard application letter and CV but was asked to submit responses to Company Questionaire. Then went through a phone screening with recruitment consultant and followed with coffee with hiring manager before being shortlisted for interview. Role was put on hold before decision was made.

Entrevista
I was referred by an external contract and made contact with the organisation regarding potential employment. I received a telephone call and a meeting was organised with the project director for the project. The meeting involved a general discussion regarding the project and an opportunity for me to explain my experience and how I could contribute to the project team. A follow-up conversation was held with HR before an offer was presented.
