I emailed with my cover letter and filled out an online application. I went in for an interview, but they like you to talk to multiple people at the first interview, so be prepared to be there a while. They were very honest and straightforward.

Virtual and in person. Nice people but very selective. You need deep experience to be considered. If your new to insurance maybe get experience at a big carrier and the apply.
