Smooth interviewing process. Good questions from all supervisors and managers involved. Informative about position. Typically three interviews for an offer. Not an overly difficult interview. Should show up prepared with some basic knowledge about the company and products they offer.

The interview process was well put together. The field recruiter was very helpful with several layers of information. I was kept informed up to the time of the interview. Those in the interview seemed friendly and positive.

Virtual and in person. Nice people but very selective. You need deep experience to be considered. If your new to insurance maybe get experience at a big carrier and the apply.
