First a very friendly chat to get to know each other and ask questions - was very conversational and light. Second, a panel interview with 2-3 people which was more technical.

I had a screening phone call with the recruiter; we went over my background/experience and desire for the role. Also covered company structure, responsibilities for new position and company culture.
