Entrevista
Recruiter + Managerial / Tech Screen + On Site
The first two were the usual process that we see with other tier-2 companies.
Onsite had
1. Technical presentation
2. System Design (but was asked algo/ds question)
3. Behavioral ( but was more like a system design q)
4. Executive (some executive member basically spoke about when he started with the company and at the end of interview asked me my name and asked how i felt about the interview).
Over all interview process was ok . At the time, it was one of the companies that I had interviewed in the first lot as a practice. In hindsight, the questions were actually doable. One thing I distinctly remember is the office ambience was a bit dull.
My advice : do some research about the company in terms of new leaders who were hired recently so you get to know what you are "actually" getting into.

Cant say too much - regular algo/ds and system design should be ok.
O processo levou 3 dias. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Autonomic.
Entrevista
A initial HR call to talk about the company followed by scheduling the interview.
A typical 5 round interview process. Started off with a meet & greet. Talked about my experience, stuff I've worked on and the things company is currently doing (an easy level leetcode problem question as well to make sure you know the basics). Total interview lasted about 45 minutes.
After the interview the HR got in touch with me and told me I cleared the first round and informed about the second part of the interview.
The second round is basically a super round which has 4 rounds of interviews consisting of coding, system design and LP. Finished the interview with a closing call from the HR.
Overall fairly standard and straight forward interview process. The engineers were a pleasure to talk to and enjoyed the entire process.

Most if the interview was a very friendly two way conversation. First call was with the HM, talking about what the team does and where my interest lies. The second was a coding round with two other developers. The third was a pair programing refactoring exercise. Fourth was system design round. Last was a chat with the director. The technical aspects of the interview were wrapped up fairly quickly which gave a lot of time to learn about the team and company culture. All of the interviewers assumed the best and helped you move forward.
I read so many negatives reviews about the interview process. Still attended because of an interesting role and it repeated. Never consider this again.
Interestingly, in the end, the recruiter said everything went well but they don't want to proceed further.
