I had 1 interview at the head office in Wilsonville about 1 1/2 years ago. It was so obvious to me the two managers interviewing me were TIRED, OVERWORKED, STRESSED. Their shoulders were practically drooping! I asked a lot of questions about the culture of the department, and their answers were attractive, however, I just couldn't get past the 'overworked' air about the place. They asked me when I was available for a 2nd interview and I told them I wanted to decline my application, they asked why, and I said I was looking for something a little more low key. I shook their hands and wished them luck in finding the right candidate. I have seen them post on craigslist about every 6 months.....it makes me wonder what the turnover rate is!?!?!?
