As I worked in the kitchen previously, there was no interview for the CNA position which I thought was very unprofessional. They seemed very desperate to hire and while they did run a drug test and a background check, very little was asked of me interview wise. We never had a formal sit down interview.

Asked me two questions and when I could start and that was about it then we talked about the interviewers house he was remodeling and didnt mean to cut me short.
