You will go through a technical interview on the telephone with someone in the office who is skilled in the job you are applying for , e.g. Networking Engineer. They give you some problems and you will speak over the phone about how to find out the root cause. Don't worry if you get these wrong it's just testing your logical thinking. There will then be an in person interview in the Office
