I was contacted by one of HR by LinkedIn. They shared job description of C++ Sr. Software engineer and job location, Tokyo, Japan. They asked, if am interested in job and willing to relocate to Japan. I told them i am interested, then they schedule a 30 mins meeting to discuss with HR to understand the role and about the domain of the company. This 30 mins meeting scheduled on the date one week after the initial discussion. In 30 mins discussion, that HR person talked about the company profile, developer role, possible range of salary, technology interest, willingness to relocate to Japan, about the experience and previous employers. At the last past of discussion, he asked 3 basic technical questions. Then they asked to share my mobile number and my latest Resume/CV. After sharing my Resume/CV they informed me, they require 2 weeks time to carefully review my application. One important thing they mention that, they shall not disclose the reason why they have selected or rejected my application. One week and 2 days later they inform me, "After carefully reviewing my application they decided to not move ahead with my application.
