I was interviewed at a starbucks with the recruiter and the QA manager of the company of NEC corporation of america. When I met my recruiter, he was nice and gave me coaching before our meeting with the QA manager. I thought he would have my back but little did i know he didnt. The QA manager of NEC bullied and degraded me so much it hurt my feelings and broke me down. She called me names, she told me i dont know what im talking about, she told me what im currently doing will not help me, she told me i wont understand the job and ill just frustrate myself. She laughed at me and cut me off many times when i was answering her questions. My recruiter just sat there and did nothing. He sat there and wrote notes on his paper. Not once did he stick up for me while i was being degraded. The QA manager was very inappropriate and unprofessional and I sat there with a poker face taking it. I know I should of ended the interview gracefully, but I didnt want to make Averro look bad. I would have more respect for Averro if the recruiter would of said ANYTHING to defend me but they didnt. After the interview, I didnt get get no emails or calls. I feel like they just dont care about you. You are only a product to them and if the client doesnt like you, averro will automatically side with them. My advice for people thinking of using this staffing agency is, they sinply dont care for you. You are easily replaceable. They wont defend you. They wont help you. Please consider using another staffing agency.
