HR advisor turned up late to the meeting, only doing so by me prompting him by sending an email. When he joined he did not have a coherent response as to why he joined late, other than he wasn't aware - what nonsense, email systems provide a notification. Clearly wasn't interested and rushed through the conversation to then just send a rejection email. I'm thankful for the rejection as I wouldn't want to go further into the process with this initial impression. Good luck to whoever joins.
