Huge company, very poor communication in the hiring process. The first contact was ok, we did the first video interview. Then, finishing the interview I didn’t receive any feedback and I wasn’t informed about the time to have an answer. Almost 3 weeks after, they gave me a feedback, so I schedule the second video interview with the local manager. In the same morning of the interview, 3 hours before, they sent me an email asking me if it would be posible for me I little bit earlier. As I was not able to answer them by the time, they didn’t take my application in consideration anymore. Simple. Worst hiring process ever.
