The first thing they do is slap you with an online technical assessment. These things are so impersonal, Id rather go over some code with another human. Instantly left a sour taste in my mouth so I decided to ignore their request and look elsewhere for employment. Turns out I made the right decision. It's amazing how much better I was treated with other companies.
