I applied to a job with Aveshka over a year ago and was recently contacted about a recent opening. The recruiter missed our first scheduled phone call and did not contact me until over an hour after they missed the call asking to push it back. We rescheduled the call for the following week and yet again the recruiter missed our call with no prior notice. However they responded to my email immediately after withdrawing my application saying they had been stuck in a meeting. I wasn't really interested in making a move with my current employer but figured I'd hear the recruiter out. Clearly this recruiter has no respect for people's time. Personally, after look at the reviews of the company I was iffy anyways and now I wouldn't consider applying to another position in the future due to this experience.
