A drawn out process, a full 9 to 5 interview day in an industry where the standard is a 2 hour face to face casual interview. Candidates were directly pitted against each other, in person. There was a really odd exam-style test which mightve been goof for assessing A level skills, but was absolutely useless at demonstrating real engineering knowledge. Overall a really stressful and time consuming way to get a rejection. I didn't have a day to waste but they wasted it for me.
