I chatted with a Senior Recruiter about the Recruiting Ops Manager position in June. Had a normal (albeit slightly awkward as my interviewer was quite unfriendly) conversation around my background/experiences/what I'm looking for in my next role. My interviewer made clear that their number #1 priority is candidate experience so you can imagine my surprise when I was ultimately ghosted. Ghosting in 2022 is just not a good look and gives great insight into what it's like to work somewhere. Safe to say I dodged a bullet!
