Horrible experience. Got referred from an HR recruiting company to Axon Vision. I was told by the HR that AV will contact me in the next few days. I took them 3 weeks. When they finally contacted me, it was the office admin who scheduled a 5 hours home assignment with me, but didn't know anything about the position and didn't know to answer my questions regarding it. On the day of the assignment I was ready at the scheduled time, but the assignment was only sent 30 minutes later. I finished it after around 3 hours and sent it back. After a week of no contact, I sent an email to the office admin asking what's the status, and was answered that the team lead will contact me in a few days. He didn't, even after I sent him an email. After almost 2 weeks, I got a generic email from the VP HR that I didn't pass. I asked to get a feedback about it, and she said she'll ask the team lead. I'm still waiting.
