They took 3 rounds (An online co-cubes test including) and two rounds of interviews. The Recruiter from Axtria sent me an email and confirmed the Director within Decision Sciences is off and would have the final Interview the week after, however, the next day, comes back to me and tells me that the position has been filled. To make things worse, They even reached out to my current org. saying that I was looking for an opportuinity with Axtria. Please make sure you understand the risks involved before even thinking of advancing your application here. I haven't seen this bad a culture in an HR anywhere.
