There weren't any, they keep it light and they act like they are honest, fun loving, caring and genuine people. They don't hire the most experienced, the smartest or the most talented... They hire naive and hard working applicants that will deliver what they want with only giving half of what was promised in return. New hires last about a year until burnout sets in or they finally get wise to the "system" and then they do it all over again to someone else.
