I applied for this role and was contacted by 2 people from the company with duplicate invites for the initial round from Mike Dietz & Ryan Fecher. At that time, I was uncertain about the possibility of a duplicate invite, so I opted to secure both interviews since they involved discussions with different individuals. The interview was fairly easy when I had my initial interview with Mike, he mostly shared about the company and the role and didn't ask many questions. I did bring up the duplicate invite to Mike, he said to still proceed with Ryan. As for Ryan, less than an hour before our interview, he emailed me saying he could not make it and would need to reschedule, and Mike will assist with this rescheduling. I responded to Ryan and reached out to Mike for the rescheduled interview. They never responded, it felt unprofessional the way they handled the interview arrangement. I get that sometimes companies just ghost people after the interview, so I guess it is what it is. Maybe they're just looking to hit the headcount quota.
