I applied online and was called by the HR to schedule an interview. It was an onsite interview with 5 Principle Engineers. They asked me basic questions on Engineering and how much experience I had. They preferred someone who has passed his/her FE exam and already an EIT or has taken the date for the same and preparing for the exam.
