When you first walk into the office you will be greeted by their financial department who will then lead you to the recruiter/sales pit. Everyone there is dressed in casual so I felt overdressed for this role. The interviewers (most likely John) will ask you standard questions to gage your communication skills and overall ability to answer questions. He will then tell you about the company and "potential" earnings you can make from this job.
