I met with a manager who interviewed me about my past experience for about 30 mins on the phone, I than came into the office and sat with him and another manager for about an hour. A week later I was asked to return and sit that same manager and the owner of the company. A week later I was made an offer.

It was a 3-part interview. The initial interview was conducted via a conference call. The second two were conducted in person. It wasn't the easiest interview, but I thought it was fair. Other firms felt like they just wanted to get anyone in the door. This one felt more selective.
