1 Phone Interview with the Director on the Account (probably 20-30 minutes), 1 In-Person Interview with the Senior Account Manager and HR Director (probably and hour). I actually sent my resume and it was 3-4 weeks after that when I got an email from the HR director about coming in to interview.

Met with the person who would be my supervisor, and she made me feel really relaxed. Mostly asked about my previous experience and tried to get a feel of how I worked. Then met with one of the partners and she also made me feel really welcome.
