Online application, online testing, phone interview, assessment center, face to face interview, due diligence (background checks and referee checks), medical screening, and then a final offer for the position. Phone interview was standard behavioral questions and took approximately twenty minutes to complete.

Online tests followed by a one way virtual interview, then two way virtual interview with supervisor, finally due diligence closely followed by an offer. Entire process was probably about 6months or so.
