Phone interview to gauge your interest in working rurally. Then the assessment centre came where 5 traditional interviews were held in a speed dating fashion, as well as a case study in which you had to present a solution with someone in front of a board of people.

Virtual interview with video question and answer and mind games which assess mathematical and ability, and ability to solve problems. This is followed by an online face to face interview with your prospective line leader.

hirevue interview, 5 behaviour questions, followed by 3 cognitive test puzzles. You are then graded by the NLP model and assigned scores out of 5, and placed into tiers which determine whether you are reviewed by a human and move on or are straight up binned

Friendly and patient interviewer. 15 minutes longer than expected . The signal in the mine is not very good
It's not very long, it's more about sharing experiences with each other. We have very positive interactions and feedback.
