It was a very good process. Before getting into the interview, I had to do a phone interview asking me about my qualifications. Then I had the in-person interview about two weeks later. Once I got offered a job, I had to do an IQ test, which was 50 questions in 30 minutes. I wish this had been expressed to be during the interview process, as it was yet a surprise after being hired.

Interview was great. Answered all questions that I came prepared with in a thorough and kind manner. Very responsive afterwards and very clear on what they expected from me in my role.
