Very friendly and prompt phone call and prescreen before invite to in person interview. Very welcoming staff upon arrival. Comfortable atmosphere. I was also given a lot of information about the work I would be doing in the field if hired. I have experience in the field so it helped to know how this agency differed from my previous employers.
