They asked me about my other jobs & why do I want to quit them. Then asked about my work ethic basically pretty easy process I was offered the job then 10 minutes after leavening they didn't want to hire me cuz I leave a McDonalds bag in their parking lot...

The interview process was very easy. Went in to meet with one of the managers. Had a conversation about my experience and was offered a free meal. Hired on the spot and had a great time

You have a 1on1 with the manager and the overall goal of the interview was to determine your personality and your fit for the role (as you are the first person to greet customers at the door and make a good first impression).

The manager who interviewed me was extremely unprofessional. Average English, no eye contact during the interview, seemed almost as if he was forced to interview me as if he already hired someone for the job.
And of course,as expected, never got back to me unlike what was promised.
