Very informal, not stressful and asking mostly relevant questions. First screening by HR handled by AON/Hewitt and then 3 rounds of additional interviews with bank employees. Questions covered both general management and detailed technical areas

It’s not difficult, average. There are five rounds in total including excel and knowledge testing and the end of the process, they wanted to add one more round to make decision.

Starts with HR confirming your availability for interview slots. Hiring manager interviews followed by a Department head. The timeline from getting a call to offer can take 3 weeks and then followed by background check
