Entrevista
This was a very informal interview process. The initial interview was essentially a meet and greet with the head of the department. No difficult questions, just more of a feeler to get to know you. Second interview brought back a sample of my work and was asked a few more easy questions.

The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager and members of the credit team. Questions focused on portfolio management experience, credit analysis, customer relationship management, problem-solving, and how I prioritize competing deadlines.
