Myself and 2 other guys were invited to the interview when I entered I had to do 3 tests, Numeral, Literacy and Practical reasoning.. the tests were not very hard and I would say hardly exceed GCSE Level. When it came to my 1 on 1 interview with the recruitment officer and the service manager, the manager did not say one word the whole 15 minutes and stared out of the window instead when I left he simply just shook my hand. I don't know if it was because he was intimidated for a female face applying as a vehicle technitian, but I found it extremely impolite and felt as if I was given an unfair disadvantage because the manager himself did not grasp what I was saying.
