      Initial Screening: This step includes a review of your resume and a phone or video interview with a recruiter to discuss your background, experience, and fit for the role. They may ask about your familiarity with SRE principles, cloud platforms, and specific technical skills. Technical Interviews: You may undergo one or more technical interviews with senior engineers or team leads. These interviews often involve problem-solving exercises, system design scenarios, and questions related to your experience with monitoring, incident management, and automation tools. Expect to discuss your knowledge of cloud environments, especially if AWS is relevant to the role. Behavioral Interviews: In this stage, you'll likely meet with HR or management to assess your cultural fit and soft skills. They may explore your experience working in teams, handling high-pressure situations, and your approach to communication and collaboration. Final Interview: The final stage might include a discussion with senior leadership or a panel interview where you'll have the opportunity to ask questions about the team, projects, and company culture. This is also where you'll likely discuss your long-term career goals and how they align with BNP Paribas’s objectives.
