Pretty straight forward; applied online, received a call from a recruiter 2 days later. Behavioral questions, and statements from the interviewers explaining how redundant the work would be. No follow up from the recruiters or interviewers, even after a thank you email. 2 months later, I receive an email stating that they were moving forward with another candidate. Note to recruiters: 2 months to follow up is rather long and inconsiderate, especially when candidates take days off from work to interview.
