I applied through an employee referral and got a call the next day for scheduling my technical phone interview. The interviewer was knowledgeable and asked me technical questions related to my past work experience and projects and also a few questions pertaining to the job role. He even briefed me regarding the next steps which was an onsite interview . The next day I got an email from the HR regarding the phone interview followed by a phone call. He discussed the job role and location and told that he would schedule the onsite interview the next week and get back to me within two days. I never heard back from him again nor did he respond back to my follow up emails. Tried calling him up a few times but no avail. Never expected them to be so unprofessional regarding the follow up specially when I had cleared the phone interview. The least they could do is respond back to the follow up email!!Would never ever waste my time applying to this company!!
