The two interviewers from Chennai, India were suffering from unconscious bias. They asked few questions and clearly told me, they take decision based on intuition. I am happy I dont work with them. Interviews clearly expressed they dont want to hire me after asking 2-3 questions including a question that Why I want to leave Barclays.
