Its two way process. Manager will take the technical round and then from Gurgaon someone will take the 2nd round over phone. Then salary discussion with manager and that's all. Sometimes in the interview they may ask you very much technical question but in reality you have to do 75% non-technical things like updating excel tracker, counting assets etc etc
