Pretty long rounds, but nothing tough, just bit of luck and lots of knowledge. Strong English. Also you need to know about the company very well from the start.

The interview process was good and difficulty was average. I got to apply through my institute. The first step was online aptitude test and next was direct interview which was conducted on Microsoft teams platform

Hiring process was divided into 3 parts;
1. Online AM-CAT test round (english vocabulary and logical reasoning)
2. Online Svar round test (automated english listening and speaking test in uk accents.
3. HR round ( one on one telephonic interview with hr)
Why do you want to shift from sales & marketing domain to customer service? (as I'm BBA students having marketing domain and done few internships in sales & marketing)
