En regardant les autres avis, il semblerait qu'il s'agisse d'une habitude chez back market, malgré les excuses répétées de l'entreprise sur les autres commentaires glassdoor.

Entrevista
I applied on Monday afternoon, and received an email saying that "a recruiter would contact me if the stars aligned".
The next day, without any extra information, I received a cynical email saying that "stars didn't align" and that "it's not me, it's them". That was weird as my qualifications met 90% of the offer, so I expected at least something a bit more professional. They sent it from a no-reply@ email address.
Can't speak for the tech teams inside, but the recruitment team doesn't look very professional.
