Be warned, just because you ARE outgoing and ambitious, does not mean that this is the position you were meant for. It is VERY entrepreneurial and not easy in the beginning. They tell you that those who stick it out the longest are the most successful, which often lures people to take the position, but be warned, its a rough 12 months you have to get through to make it.
