If possible, try to provide specific qualifications from prior employers. I worked at XYZ where I was a sale associate. I worked with about X amount of other people in the department with me. We would often work together and come up with ideas for new displays as well as ideas on how to boost sales. I answered customer question regarding A,B,C and provided excellent customer service. If a customer wanted an item that was not in store I always offered to try to locate the item at another store or order it for the customer.
