The interview was casual. A non-formal discussion with the manager. She asked a few questions, nothing too in depth. She asked me when I could start and how training would be. I was hired on the spot.

It’s a three part interview process. Pretty professional . They are also a darden company and the other locations are the same as far as an interview process. After i got through the interviews they asked my availability and i started training in my availability days. They are pretty flexible too!

The interview was very short and easy. Everyone was very mindful of time, and were polite when asking questions. I really like the effort with challenging my thoughts and responses. I made sure to be clear with my scheduling, which they also respected.
