The interview process was easy. I did a phone call with the area manager and it was very casual and conversational, not very formal which was nice. Overall a good interview process that allowed me to ask questions about the company.

It was really brief. An application and call with the manager before being interviewed by the area manager. Overall is was very casual. Filling the interview with the area manager I did a short trial instore to see how I interacted with customers. This was difficult as I didn’t know the product well but I was able to hold a conversation and make some recommendations.
