BairesDev has several stages in its hiring process for talent across Latin America, and one of those stages is the screening interview. In my case, the screening focused on obtaining an overview of my professional experience, key achievements, technical challenges I have faced, current employment situation, and expectations regarding a potential opportunity with BairesDev. The entire conversation was conducted in English. The main skills assessed during this stage were listening, speaking, and overall comprehension in a professional context.
