Interviewer was super infomrative and polite. Enjoyed learning more about the role and the organization. We went over salary and variable income expectations, my experience, my current role, timing of a possible start date if offered and the hiring process.

This screening round was an initial introduction provided by a BairesDev Talent Acquisition Specialist. She described the role, expectations, and asked questions about my background in sales account management. She asked that I complete a Predictive Index questionnaire and that BairesDev typically has 3 interview rounds before making an offer. She also described the BairesDev onboarding process, tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, and home grown tools).
