Very polite and very thorough, but quite extensive on the applicant's end. Be prepared to take detailed assessments that will take at least a few hours. It will start with a screener, then the assessments, then a direct interview with your teams and would-be supervisor (though I did not get that far). However, I was called back to be interviewed for another position recently, so doing the assessments can be helpful, even if you don't get a position in your first attempt.
