*Warning, please pay close attention to this and other reviews* These guys are absolutely insane, out of their minds if they think any normal applicant would complete 9 assessments varying in time from 10 up to 40 minutes in length before even speaking to a human. I get you want to hire top 1% of talent, but I'll get right to the point, you'll probably also get a 1% completion rate and more than likely will struggle to find a suitable candidate with this type of approach. Eng: Problem Solving 20 16' Eng: Advanced Problem Solving 20 40' Eng: Management - IT Industry 20 12' Eng: IT Sales Knowledge 24 15' Eng: Project Management (Case Study) 2 40' Eng: Situational Questions 19 30' Eng: Project Management 15 30' Eng: Practical Skills 20 25' Personality Assessment 1 10' These were all the assessments they had requested I complete before any type of conversation even took place. It's listed as Type of Test, Number of Questions, and Amount of Time. Mind you, I have no idea what the compensation range is, but meanwhile they want more than 3.5 hours of your life in assessments before anything happens. Also, if you have an absolute surplus of time, and happen to apply, and feel like going through the assessments, do keep in mind and be prepared for completely and utterly irrelevant questions for an Account Executive. Many of which will be straight out of a project manager / devops text book. That's mad disrespect; I'm pissed and perplexed. I'll pass, there's plenty of better opp's. I'm out.
